Psychiatric Medication Management for Adults and Children ages 5+

Evening and weekend appointments are available.

Psychiatric Evaluation/Initial Consultation

Initial evaluations allow for time to discuss your history, current and past symptoms, and treatment options. We will discuss whether this will be an effective and appropriate treatment setting for you and if it is a good fit, we can complete a treatment plan to identify your treatment goals.

If it is determined that this level of service will not adequately meet your needs the initial evaluation fee will be waived and you will be given information on other agencies that may be better able to assist you in your treatment and recovery.

Medication Management

Routine follow-up: Visits for established clients to discuss medications, progress, and goals.

Extended follow-up: Routine follow up with more time to discuss your progress or concerns.

Brief supportive therapy and/or basic CBT/DBT skills can be integrated into either of these sessions.

Controlled Substances

Given the nature of telemedicine and the vague wording of legislation regarding telemedicine and controlled substances, I have chosen not to prescribe these classes of medication (including but not limited to benzodiazepines and stimulants).
